You will be responsible for operational activities as a part of Teachmint’s KAM Operations team. Your work primarily includes but isn’t limited to, data collection, data conversion and setup. Handholding customers during the data setup process and delivering their exceptional service is the primary expectation.
1. Interact and coordinate with customers to collect data.
2. Format client data in Teachmint’s format.
3. Onboard customers on the Teachmint platform and work with KAMs to identify customer needs and requirements.
4.Manage account-level interventions with the help of KAM and sales to ensure customers are onboarded within desired TAT.
5.Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
6.Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
1. 3 years of experience working in data handling and setup or similar roles.
2. Expertise in managing data on Excel/Google sheets.
3. Experience in customer management or SaaS products.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
6.Enthusiasm for education infrastructure offering and partnering with schools/institutions.
7. Ability to empathize with administrators of schools/institutions.
8. Willing to travel.
