Role overview

At Teachmint, the SEO head will be responsible for driving our SEO initiatives. As a head, we are looking for someone who has an out-of-the-box  approach to engage with users on the platform. An ideal candidate is a team player, creatively driven, customer-centric with an eye for design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, understand project briefs and develop relevant concepts
  • Define and evaluate SEO/ASO strategy across geographies and prepare the company's growth plan
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to drive crucial growth related projects
  • Explore different channels of organic growth to identify opportunities
  • Strategize and build scalable processes to increase online presence 
  • Build and manage a content team consisting of in-house writers, video creators 
  • Own content calendars and build content strategy for various channels
  • Identify new strategic business opportunities
  • Work closely with the different teams to build and sustain growth plans
  • Generate traffic organically through creative ideas
  • Design, implement and analyse metrics to monitor the success of processes, campaigns
  • Define and refine the process flow basis performance
  • Develop best practices and processes to optimize team performance

Preferred requirements 

  • Hands-on experience with SEO/ ASO tools 
  • Minimum 4 years of SEO, communication and digital marketing (SEO + PPC) experience
  • Excellent result oriented track record in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
