Role overview

At Teachmint, we are building our product team (pods) under different departments like Core Experience, Growth, Engagement etc. Each team will be a full stack combination of PMs, designers and engineers. As a product manager, you will identify the problems within each department and take measures to resolve them. You will be working with the Lead PM of your pod to set direction and execute.


Key responsibilities


  • Talk to users and deep dive in data to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Come up with hypothesis and design experiments.
  • Ideate and experiment with designers and engineering folks.
  • Write detailed product specifications to communicate what needs to be built.
  • Get it built in close collaboration with engineering.
  • Test and roll out features to users.
  • Iterate as required.


Preferred requirements

  • 3 years in product management. 
  • Experience of handling a product from conception to launch. 
  • Understanding of tech and command over analysing data.
  • Optimizing information from user research.
