Role Overview


The Senior Executive-Accounts Receivable (AR) should be able to build strong relationships with enterprise accounts and understand the Order to Cash process of our company. The role revolves around understanding the billing processes to provide guidance to customers, and collection teams, identify defects immediately and drive solutions for AR. 


Key Responsibilities


  •  Understanding of GST and other statutory requirements
  •  Working knowledge of revenue recognition as per accounting standards
  •  Hands-on experience in accounting and reconciliation
  • Analyze the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity
  • Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to Teachmint customers
  • Actively seek solutions for customer and sales needs
  • Communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer       experience
  • Ensure that all practices comply with the law and applicable compliances
  • Stay-up-to-date with the industry’s best practices and implement them when necessary
  • Ensure that the accounting team is working in the best capacity
  • Keep track of all payment transactions to be upheld by the company’s clients
  • Manage the team and motivate them to give their best performance
  • Keep track of invoicing, reconciliation, reporting and accounting of AR transactions
  • Automate processes for better efficiency and seamless execution of deliverables

Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting experience 
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) with prior experience working with accounting software 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors and customers
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
