The role will work closely with the Director of Acquisitions to manage an exam category in terms of Tutor/Educator/Teacher acquisitions and its retention, managing the complete lifecycle.
Client Acquisitions - Business Development
- Identify and reach out to prominent educators/tutors/teachers via calls
- Interact and onboard identified educators/tutors/teachers to Teachmint's platform
- Ensure retention by relationship-building, problem-solving and nurturing of onboarded educators/tutors/teachers
- Tap new channels of growth for sourcing prominent educators/tutors/teachers
- Brainstorm with the team and strive for constant improvement of processes and come up with new ideas to boost growth.
Retention - Key Accounts Management
- Manage the ongoing educator relationship, ensuring that they are effectively adopting and deriving the maximum value from Teachmint's platform
- Manage payments, solving client problems by successful collaboration within internal teams
