About the Role

We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

If you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.


  1. Work with cross functional teams to drive the growth strategies at Teachmint

  2. Create, Manage and Experiment with User Acquisition Campaigns 

  3. Manage social media platforms and drive the content creation

  4. Analyze data to monitor the ROI on business campaigns and drive improvement

  5. Prepare the reports on growth experiments, social engagement and share with the management team

  6. Brand Positioning and customer feedback

Social Media & Other Channels:

Strategize the finances spent online on relevant channels like Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising, OTT Advertising, Sponsored Content, SMS Notifications, Affiliate Marketing.

Experience Required: 

  1. 5 plus years of exp in a B2C business

  2. Good understanding of business and the user persona with prior exp in engaging through multiple channels with focus on revenue growth 

  3. Drive user engagement through the product

  4. Set up A/B tests

  5. Creative growth strategies

  6. Well versant with channels of engagement and prior experience in using the same

  7. Drive the content strategy

  8. Analytical and good with numbers

  9. Prepare reports with meaningful insights 

  10. Seek feedback from the customer
