What we are looking for?
A competent talent acquisition professional ( individual contributor) who will be having the following purpose and responsibilites and with proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
Implement and ensure the use of talent acquisition/recruitment policies, guidelines, processes, systems and practices throughout the organization so that outcomes meet current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and develop a positive employer brand.
1. Work with business and HR leaders and professionals to ensure global processes (requisition, recruitment channels and applicant screening, interviews and assessments, recruitment offerings and closing, referrals and internal and external talent pools, employer branding) are effectively utilized to ensure they meet short & long term business objectives of the organization.
2. Deliver a variety of TA activities (e.g. sourcing, talent pool building, advertising, interviewing, assessing, candidates selection, reference checks, interview coordination with users, employment offers preparation) so that the organization's TA requirements are met
3. Should be competent to do market mapping and compensation benchmarking and ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
4. Work together with other team members to develop recruitment practices and processes and to ensure business needs are delivered.
